Start the morning with an uplifting warmup walk led by Walk & Rise.

10:15–11:00 AM — Mat Pilates with P³ (Ticketed Add-On)
A 45-minute full-body mat Pilates class led by P³ — accessible, energizing, and designed to leave you feeling strong and grounded.
