Join us for a feel-good spring morning of movement, community, and local shopping at Forever Grounded (Downtown Fort Myers).

 Event Flow

8:00–9:00 AM — Free Community Walk Start the morning with an uplifting warmup walk led by Walk & Rise. ✔️ Free to join • no ticket required

9:00–10:00 AM — Sweat. Mat Pilates with P³ (Ticketed) A 45-minute all-levels mat Pilates class led by P³ — energizing, empowering, and designed to leave you feeling strong and grounded. ✔️ Includes one coffee from Forever Grounded

10:00 AM–1:00 PM — Sip. Shop. Indoor vendor market open to the public. Cool down with your coffee and browse local vendors featuring summer, wellness, and lifestyle goods — all indoors and out of the Florida heat!

  Ticket 💲27 Includes:

• 45-minute all-levels mat Pilates class (9:00–10:00 AM)
• One coffee from Forever Grounded
• Access to the vendor market

The community walk is free and open to all.
