Boundaries are LOVE

Sip of the Week: This week Lisa and I talk about boundaries—not as walls that keep people out, but as doors that protect what’s most valuable: your energy, your time, and your well-being. Boundaries aren’t about being harsh or distant; they’re about clarity, respect, and honoring your needs. When you set boundaries, you’re showing yourself (and others) that your feelings, time, and space matter. It is how you keep your power and show yourself the love you deserve. Let it Brew: Too often, we equate self-love with bubble baths and affirmations (which are great!), but real self-love is also about having the courage to say no, to step away from what drains you, and to surround yourself with people who respect your limits. Setting and maintaining boundaries can feel uncomfortable at first, but the more you practice, the more empowered you become. Think of it as an act of radical self-care—because protecting your peace isn’t selfish, it’s necessary.

Post-Tea Pursuits: Take a moment to check in with yourself—where in your life do you need to set (or reinforce) a boundary? Maybe it’s limiting after-hours work emails, saying no to plans that don’t excite you, or simply carving out time for yourself each day.
