Embracing disruption means challenging the norms or unhelpful self-talk and stepping out of your comfort zone. It's in these moments of upheaval that we find opportunities to redefine our paths and achieve remarkable progress. By welcoming disruption, we allow ourselves to see new perspectives, explore untapped potentials, and ultimately, grow stronger and more resilient.

Post-Tea Pursuits: This week, focus on disrupting a narrative that you feel has been holding you back. Identify a limiting belief or societal expectation that has made you feel trapped or less than capable. DISRUPT this narrative by taking a bold step that goes against it. For instance, if you've been told that certain roles or goals aren't "meant" for you, take a step towards them anyway. Share your experience with someone you trust (or me!) and reflect on how confronting and disrupting these narratives empowers you. Be amazed at the strength that comes from rewriting your story.
