MEET KRISTEN!

She has been a Pilates instructor for 13 years, beginning her own Pilates journey to treat her sciatica pain after years of ballet and modern dance. Along her journey Kristen has held many roles from student to manager to boss of her own Youtube channel. (You definitely want to check out her online classes!) She is also a mamma to a little girl, and loves to get outside and move her body any chance she gets! And you can watch our conversation here!
