Whether it’s setting boundaries, moving our bodies with intention, or speaking kindly to ourselves, self-love is about the small, consistent actions that build confidence and alignment. I dish on my obsession with Pilates, and how classes are a way to practice living in alignment and connect with yourself on a deeper level beyond the mat.
