However, the journey to her burnout was slow and subtle as well as normalized by her work so much it caused her to downplay a diagnosis of cracked teeth!! Let It Brew: Burnout can sneak up on us when we least expect it, and its effects can be profound, impacting both our mental and physical health. The mind and body are deeply interconnected, and maintaining a balance between them is crucial in both preventing and recovering from burnout. Regular physical activity, mindful practices such as meditation, stretching and Pilates, and prioritizing adequate rest and nutrition can all help to maintain this balance. By listening to our bodies and addressing stressors early, we can create a sustainable routine that supports overall well-being, resilience, and energy levels.
