Let It Brew: There are so many misconceptions about Pilates—let’s clear a few up! Myth #1: Pilates is just stretching. While flexibility is a perk, Pilates is a full-body strength workout that challenges stability, control, and endurance. Myth #2: You need fancy equipment. Mat Pilates alone is incredibly effective, using just your body weight for resistance. Myth #3: Pilates is only for dancers or the ultra-fit. Nope! Pilates is for every body—it meets you where you are and grows with you.
