It does not come from you parents, your partner, your social circle, although these may contribute to our sense of empowerment, out power is not dependent upon them. Even in the absence of external support, we possess an inherent strength that transcends life's obstacles and lives in our core. Your personal power is the driving force that allows you to navigate life's ups and downs with resilience and grace. Whether you're facing obstacles in your career, relationships, or personal growth journey, remember that you have the ability to rise above adversity and emerge victorious. By harnessing your inner power, you can take charge of your destiny and create the life you envision. Do you want to be the victim in your own story, or play the heroine instead?
Let it Brew: What is currently getting in the way of you believing in your power? How often do you take a back seat when you really should be in the driver's seat? Consider the obstacles or challenges that have hindered your sense of personal power. Are there recurring patterns or limiting beliefs that tend to undermine your confidence? How can you navigate these obstacles and reclaim your power in moments of doubt or adversity. And on the other side- Reflect on moments when you've felt most empowered and in control of your life. What actions or beliefs helped you tap into your inner strength during those times?

I have definitely watched every single episode (I know I should be embarrassed by this fact but I am not!) and there is the Superwoman pose that Amelia Shepherd embodies before going into big surgeries. It may seem silly but there is science behind the benefits of assuming this position to increase confidence and reduce negative thinking. Take a few moments each day to practice a power pose—a posture that conveys confidence and strength. Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart, shoulders back, and chin up. Hold this pose for at least two minutes while breathing deeply and visualizing yourself radiating with power and determination.
