Let it Brew: Your body is constantly sending you messages — through tension, fatigue, discomfort, or even bursts of energy. But in a world that thrives on busyness, it’s easy to ignore those signals until they become impossible to ignore. Pilates teaches us to pause, pay attention, and respond with intention. In class, you might notice how shifting your weight changes your balance, or how breathing deeply can unlock tightness in your back. But this awareness doesn’t stop when you step off the mat — it’s something you can carry with you throughout the day.
Post-Tea Pursuits: Try setting three “check-in moments” each day — morning, afternoon, and evening. During each pause, ask yourself:
🔹 What feels good in my body right now?
🔹 What feels off or uncomfortable?
🔹 What is one small action I can take to support myself? (Maybe it’s stretching your shoulders, taking a deep breath, or simply changing your posture.)
By the end of the week, you'll notice how these micro-moments of awareness create a deeper sense of connection — to your body and to yourself.
